SENIOR PHOTOGRAHY SESSIONS

We will discuss whether you may want to incorporate any clubs, sports or area of studies you did while in high school. Maybe incorporate a favorite car or keepsake item. These sessions are about you and what you are passionate about, Let's make it fun and truly you!

ULTIMATE PACKAGE $475

Your Senior year is a big deal especially if sports or clubs were a big part of your high school life. This package allows multiple locations in time frame and SPORTS/CLOTHING changes to highlight your high school life.

* Up to 3.5 hours of photography
time.
* unlimited clothing changes, including sports clothing or gear.
* Unlimited locations within photography time.
* Sports photographs at a location of your choosing
* Up to 30 of your favorite images edited. Additional edits $20

GRADUATE PACKAGE: $375

This is the most popular session as you get more time, locations and clothing changes to get that perfect shot.
* Up to 2 hours of photography time.
* up to 2 different locations, within photography time.
* 3-4 clothing changes.
* You pick 16 of your favorite images to to be edited. Additional edits $20.


SNAP SHOT PACKAGE: $250

This is the quick, get it done session where you get the photos done in least amount of time and less stress.

*Up to 1.0 hr of photography time, 1
location.
* 2 clothing changes.
* You pick 8 of your favorite images to be edited. . Additional edits $20.

ALL PHOTO SESSIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

* No travel charges up to 20 miles
outside Madison, Wi.
* 1/2 of the session fee is due (refundable up to 15 days prior to the session) at the time of contract signing. This will be applied to the balance, final payment is due by the day of photo shoot. This covers photographers time and loss of income by not being able to book another session.
* A copyright release to allow you to print your images anywhere, or purchase prints off my website.
* You get all edited and unedited images on a password protected cloud storage. This way you can share with relatives and friends.

Sports sessions $175.00

Unlike video, photos convey an athlete's drive and determination frozen in that split second. I will attend your sporting event and shoot photos of the entire team
* Receive code for free high JPG downloads
* Up to 2 hrs for each sporting event. Extra hours $75 per hour.
* Travel fee for any event 20 miles outside of Madison city limits.
* Weather limitations may apply (i.e thunderstorms, snow etc...). The event will then be rescheduled in collaboration with client.

Family Sessions Beginning at $350 for family of six (6)

Currently, I conduct all my sessions outdoors. So, think of areas that have meaning to you in or around the Madison area.
* I will contact you about the size of your family and location. We can sort out details to make it a fun and exciting event.
* Up to 2 hrs of photography time. Additional hour $100.
* Unlimited clothing changes.
* Travel fees for sessions farther than 20 miles outside of Madison. Wi.
* 10 edited shots of your choosing. Each additional edit $20.
* You will retain all edited and unedited photos of the session. This allows you to take the images and have prints made at a location of your choosing OR have prints made off my website.

Copy rights

Photographs taken by Andy Slawek Photography are protected by copyright laws, and may not be used for commercial use unless written permission is granted by Andy Slawek Photography. If client wishes to use photographs for publication or profit, written and just compensation must be given to Andy Slawek photography before release of photograph.

Client can use photographs on social media, personal website or other social networks. I would appreciate if you use the studio logo with those postings, or give photo credit.

Clients will receive a release so that they may print their photographs at a lab or web based printer of their choice.

I do request that clients sign a release of all photo privileges to Andy Slawek Photography to be used in marketing materials, social media outlets, photo competitions and Andy Slawek Photography website.
